Payment

Weddings-- A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to begin the project.  About 6 weeks before your event a second 25% payment will be required to order all necessary materials and begin the execution of your project.  The final 50% is due upon completion, prior to the project being delivered or picked-up.  Projects will not begin without a deposit, and will not be released without the full amount paid.

Brand Events-- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to begin the project, and the final 50% is due upon completion, prior to the project being delivered or picked-up.  Projects will not begin without a deposit, and will not be released without the full amount paid.

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the time I receive all of the materials, including the final list of names/addresses.  Please allow as much time as possible so I can dedicate all of my attention to your project.

Rush Fees

Rush pricing comes into effect any time a client requests a turnaround time sooner than what I typically provide.  The fee ranges from 40-200% of the total cost depending on the rush requested.

Rush fees will also be applied if the client does not send over necessary materials within the requested time frame.

Shipping

The client is responsible for covering all costs of the shipping and handling process.  I cannot guarantee delivery dates on behalf of USPS/FedEx/UPS, or be held responsible for any delays by these carriers.  Additionally, I will not provide refunds because of delays experienced by these carriers.

Materials 

We ask our clients to provide 25% additional materials for calligraphy on paper goods to account for errors, ink splatters, and last-minute additions.  Additional fees may apply to unique materials for calligraphing, such as tile, vellum, stone, glass, etc.

Guest List

Clients are required to submit guest and address list in the requested format.  An example will be provided to the client.  Names should appear exactly as they should be written.  The client is responsible for spell-checking all information provided, and will be charged the full amount for any information that need to be corrected after the list is submitted.  Changes to the guest list after the final lists have been submitted will be accommodated with additional fees.

Social Media

EmmaBel may post photos of in-progress and completed work onto social media accounts at their discretion.  Client and guest personal information will not be shared, and any information showing specific details to the event will not be posted until after the event date. 

 

The client will also agree to properly credit EmmaBel's work on any social media posts and will mention GleeSigns as the provider.  Failure to do so will result in a request to remove the photo from social media.
